Terms of Service

Last updated: 29 July 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of atlasoptimisation.com (the "Site"), operated by Atlas Optimisation ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. About the Site

The Site presents information about Atlas Optimisation's AI visibility and digital presence services for hospitality businesses, and allows you to contact us or request a complimentary mini-check of your venue's AI visibility.

2. Informational purposes only

Content on the Site is provided for general information. It does not constitute professional, legal, or financial advice, and it does not form a contractual offer. All client engagements are governed solely by a separately signed service agreement between Atlas Optimisation and the client. In the event of any conflict between the Site and a signed service agreement, the service agreement prevails.

3. No guarantee of results

AI assistants, search engines, and review platforms are operated by independent third parties whose outputs change continuously. While we describe our methodology and observed outcomes, nothing on this Site is a promise or guarantee of any specific ranking, visibility score, AI mention, booking volume, or revenue outcome.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to: (a) use the Site for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site or its systems; (c) scrape, copy, or republish Site content for commercial purposes without our written consent; (d) submit false, misleading, or malicious information through our forms; or (e) interfere with the Site's operation or security.

5. Intellectual property

The Site and its content — including our name, branding, text, audit frameworks, scoring systems, and materials — are owned by Atlas Optimisation or its licensors. You may view and print Site content for your own internal evaluation of our services. Any other use requires our prior written consent.

6. Mini-check and contact submissions

When you request a complimentary mini-check or contact us, you confirm that you are authorised to make the request on behalf of the venue concerned. Complimentary checks are provided at our discretion, without warranty, and create no ongoing obligation for either party. Personal data submitted through the Site is handled as described in our Privacy Information page.

7. Third-party links and names

The Site may reference or link to third-party platforms and websites. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, terms, or privacy practices. All third-party trademarks remain the property of their respective owners; no affiliation or endorsement is implied.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, and we do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Atlas Optimisation shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Site. Our total aggregate liability in connection with the Site shall not exceed one hundred (100) US dollars. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

10. Changes

We may update the Site and these Terms at any time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the current version. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Estonia, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Estonia.
